[Ambassadors] installation problem through yum

I recently installed fedora in our EE HOD (prof. SM) computer and We
are having the following problem.
I have connected the computer through local mirror and everything gets
downloaded, dependencies resolved. It just cannot install the
package.

I also tried with the simple rpm  file.
