Hi Jona,

I'm sorry I didn't make it to the meeting today. I think that it's up to you guys to decide whether we do want the booth at all. Brian had some opinions about that he might want to share, have some discussion about it? I'll somehow manage to go there, I bet that Redhatters will go by car or something so they could help with stuff...

Hello,

I'll attend Open Source Summit this year so Rhea I can help you with the booth. Let me know if you still want to organize something.

Cheers,
Jona

Hi Jiri,

we were talking about it with Brian during lunch today, it's not exactly clear whether we want a booth there at all. He mention the demo as well, but I'll have to think about that... That might be too much for me right now.

Hi,
sorry for answering so late, but I'm still catching up after Flock and
holidays.
AFAIK Jen (CC'ed) and Brian are in charge of the Red Hat booth, so you
should work out with them how Fedora should contribute to the booth. I
can imagine some #C/.NET demo on Fedora would be a good idea since it's
you who'd be there.
On the Fedora side, AFAIK there should be a budget allocated to the
event, so it's about finding other Fedora contributors who'd be willing
to staff the booth (we usually do the event in 3 ppl), getting expense
estimations together, filing funding requests, and finally organizing
who's gonna bring what. We should have everything in Brno (rollup
banner, swag,...), so I think it can all be brought from here.

You can have a wiki page to nicely organize it, just like we don e.g.
for FOSDEM: https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/FOSDEM_2017
