Thanks for sharing this, Robert. :)

Specific to the Ambassadors, I saw two bullets that described some of
the Ambassadors activity in Mindshare:

* Ambassadors activity: Mindshare will create templates to help
ambassadors to work more effectively.
*  Mindshare will also try to unify ambassadors more and more, also by
dropping the actual Regions.

Is this a good idea of what the expectations are? Are there other
responsibilities or helpful things that someone should consider if they
want to run for election?

Well, this topic is about appointing specifically 2 ambassadors as representatives of the ambassador group.
We will have additionally 2 elected members from the community.

However, getting back to your question the answer is yes, initially Mindshare will have to face many organizational topics, but even tools to help ambassadors to communicate better and more effectively with other outreach teams.
Personally I think, if we consider only the Ambassador part, people should be comfortable with the actual rules, mentoring, FAmA etc., because these need slight changes and must also fit the needs of other outreach teams.

I'm not planning to run, but I thought it might be helpful for others to
know more about what kind of responsibilities and tasks as Ambassadors
they would help with on this committee.

Thanks!

Thanks to you for asking!
