I'm also a CCC Member and my personal opinion is that the Congress is not the best place or plattform for those Ambassador stuff. The Congress, camp, mrmcd's, other CCC related events are more security specific and more special.
But if some Ambassadors with fedora Shirts will walk arround and show that their notebooks will be secure than it could be a good showing. More maybe at FAD EMEA to discuss.

As far as i know JensKuehnel and RobertAlbrecht are both members of the Chaos 
Computer Club. Jens is mostly on all of this Events like Chaos Camp or 
something else. If we want presence with a Talk on Chaos Computer Congress i 
am sure one of them can/will do it. I have add it as Topic to the next EMEA 
Meeting - we will discuss, if we go with what subject.
