Bumping up this topic/conversation. I see almost no activity at the
ticket. This would lead me to conclude that there's practically no
interest in anyone to step up to this role. Or, it might lead me to
conclude that there is a general lack of understanding of how the role> creates impact
for the region.
This is very concerning. It would almost seem like processes have a
stranglehold on the ability to move ahead. If the decision during the> meeting was
that voting is the way ahead, should we not expect an
increased level of enthusiasm and participation?
I think the challenge here includes that the role is defined in a way
that makes it sound huge. Few regions have had great success to use as a
model. This role predates my time as FCAIC, however it may be worth
revisiting how it should work.
