Please keep in mind that the new Mindshare Committee needs to define
many processes in the first months, that means having experienced
ambassadors representing the biggest group within Mindshare will be
helpful to have success.
Once you have the two ambassadors, or even if you want to make the last
discussions/decisions not in the list, please open an issue in the
Mindshare pagure [2] where you communicate who will represent the
Ambassadors program.
For any questions or doubts please reply to this topic.
Thank you.

Thanks for sharing this, Robert. :)
Specific to the Ambassadors, I saw two bullets that described some of
the Ambassadors activity in Mindshare:
* Ambassadors activity: Mindshare will create templates to help
ambassadors to work more effectively.
* Mindshare will also try to unify ambassadors more and more, also by
dropping the actual Regions.
Is this a good idea of what the expectations are? Are there other
responsibilities or helpful things that someone should consider if they
want to run for election?
I'm not planning to run, but I thought it might be helpful for others to
know more about what kind of responsibilities and tasks as Ambassadors
they would help with on this committee.
Thanks!
