Maybe our FreeMedia or SponsoredMedia programs could help Rashadul fill
the orders from these folks, if by no other means than sending him
copies to forward?  I'm not sure what our previous policy has been for
situations like this, but I agree that taking requests in advance and
following up on them is certainly a good thing!
