Anyone have a good place for a trial-by-fire volunteer looking to learn what Fedora and Linux are all about?
If so, please contact Steven directly.
Thanks, Karlie

Dear Karlie,
I'm new to Fedora and figure that the best way to learn Fedora Linux is to dive in and ask how I could contribute.
Reporting from Chicago, I'm an English major-turned-computer geek. By day I write DHTML-based software documentation for an online brokerage firm and also run their help desk. By night, I contribute at forums.egullet.org, a food-and-cooking website. Here's a piece I wrote on my favorite divey fried chicken joint; it's called Bulletproof Cuisine: http://forums.egullet.org/index.php?showtopic=83603&hl= <http://forums.egullet.org/index.php?showtopic=83603&hl= > Finally, I'm fluent in Spanish so I could help with international marketing of Fedora.
I'm happy to write documentation and translate from GeekSpeak to everyday English, but I'd especially like to learn the nuts-and-bolts of Linux, so I'll contribute in whatever way you think would help.
I look forward to joining the Fedora community and buying my very own Penguinista sweatshirt.
