We started to check ambassador's and mentor's state during the last meeting, but this will take a while. So the Agenda for today could look like this:

1) Updates and issues faced for tickets:

2) (Re) start proposals for a more effective mentoring process and its administration (FAmA)

If you have anything important which needs to be discussed today, please add it.

Note: I'm CCying also the ambassadors' list for our agenda, as we were told it could help people to better communicate with FAmSCo. Please tell us if you feel this is not useful .
