According the new system I could not find a way how I could get a NEW one apart from the "automated list".

I have an opportunity to go to Prague at 28.4. at Oracle Cloud Computing event (loads of Docker talk in there) and also (just heard this) that at the same time there is some kind of linux event on going...

Therefore I would like to have a new polo to wear. Is there any (maybe new) way to have those?
