Those are bad news for LATAM. Rodrigo has made a great work for Fedora despite Red Hat support problems.
Just for example, Fedora Colombia has started a few years ago because Rodrigo's community plans.
I understand his decision, my country (and the little Fedora community here) is one of the many, who lives without any support, just the people's enthusiasm.
