I dislike the idea of making the process more complicated (e.g. by adding
yet another step). Could somebody explain why we are kind of abusing ticket
systems at this point rather looking for a single more appropriate software
(or alternatively by enhancing e.g. Pagure with the necessary features) to
serve needs of auditing, proper privacy, reporting, simplicity etc. in one?
