Which trac instance you are talking about? I am the admin of (along with others) APAC, India and FAmSCo trac. What I didn't get from the conversation is what actually the problem was.
I think your answers about the process and from what I believe how easy to use the Trac system for APAC, addresses their thoughts. :)
Using the Trac system will be beneficial to all Fedora Ambassadors. :)
Others may have still questions which may need to be understood. I appreciate your time and everyone's support. :)
