I think the guide to make tickets should be improved. I helped a friend to create his ticket on EMEA swag and I had to ask Nemanja to be sure my own ticket was fine. While in LATAM I saw many horribly made tickets that got rejected just because we couldn't figure out what it was about or how it was related to Fedora. So I guess that either people isn't reading or they're reading but guidelines aren't clear enough.

Would you consider taking a look at what ever information is published for all 4 regions and figure out if there is a common theme? What varies? Could we put together a common proposal and then submit it to the regions for consideration?
