Not if you choose to vote 0 for both of the candidates which results in
another nomination period to allow for another set of nominators that voters
might be pleased with...
If there were different election rules in effect and if everyone voted
0 - those weren't the election rules in effect and someone would have
voted for each of the nominated candidates so voting was pointless.
You and others are quite free to criticize the Board. But this was a
case of the community failing to generate a sufficient number
candidates for open seats. It was a community failure.
