Hi folks,
Spring monthes are great and busy for the french team. We have planed many events, and almost french ambassadors are involved in one of them.
But it's sometimes hard to find poeple who have free time to spread fedora during working days.
From July the 10th to 14th will occur the RMLL (Rencontres Mondiales du Logiciel Libre) ie "Free Software World Meetings" in Amiens, France. RMLL is a big and great event in France. Lots of poeple are coming from all over the world, and both high level and beginner conferences are planed during the week. You can find info about it at http://www.rmll.info/rubrique3.html?lang=en Patrice Kadionik (active member and community manager on fedora-fr.org) is co-chair for System and Embedded system section. Alan Cox will be there too.
As this event occurs during students holidays it's possible to rent student rooms for 10€/nigth and eat for 1€/meal.
Currently we're just 2,5 volunteers for this events (Christophe Polyte, Charles Vinchon, Maxime Carron [i'm the half]), which is really not enough. We need your help.
Feel free to contact me for more information or if you want to attend this event.
Cheers,
Maxime
