Am I the only one thinking that it's a bit odd to wait for the next
meeting to decide something instead of just deciding right away on the
mailing-list?
Not only does it induce unnecessary delay, it also prevents most people
from participating in the decision making (all ambassadors are
subscribed to the mailing-list, only some of them attend meetings).
