Dear all,
I won't be able to chair the tomorrow's meeting (11 Oct 2017). As of now, there are no requests to be discussed. If there is anything important to be discussed please hold the meeting without me. I'm sorry for the inconvenience.
Also, because of the starting semester and some schedule changes, it will be difficult for me to chair the meetings on Wednesdays. It would be best to soon find a replacement chair. Of course, I will be available as a helping hand for the new chair to bring them up to speed.
Kind regards, Nemanja
Hello all,
I haven't been able to attend the meetings because of the times change in the meetings. If someone else is having issues, we could reconsider day and hour perhaps? Just a suggestion.
Regards, Silvia

Hello Nemanja,
Sorry for my late reply.
As I don't see someone else volunteering to chair the meeting I can help you with this. We have to discuss for the F27 RP and mindshare, very important topics for the next meeting that will be next week (08.11.2017). Also, we need to see the meeting time because I don't see a lot of ambassadors attending the meeting.
See you next week.
Cheers, Jona
Hello folks,
To me, the meeting times are really bad. However, I hope to be there next week.
Cheers, Silvia

Hey everyone,
I'm also sorry for the late reply. I'm really sad about the meeting situation. Maybe it's just my perception but EMEA community has become very stagnant. We don't have that many active members and if you check our pagure you will see the events are also sparse. I can't remember when was the last time I read an email with a new ambassador introduction. :(
I am also +1 for the next meeting and I can chair it. Jona if you want to try it out this is probably a good opportunity because I will be fully available to help.
Maybe it's a better idea to schedule the meetings when we need to discuss something rather than have them every two weeks. As I said, with my schedule it is getting difficult for me to chair the meetings but another reason for my hesitance is that it gets very tiresome to organize and chair meetings late in the evening for just myself and maybe 1-2 other people.
See you Wednesday.
Cheers, Nemanja

This is something we should seriously think about. As far I can see each outreach part of the Project is suffering the abandonment of the old contributors and in the other hand we don't have enough people incoming. Maybe only the magazine has a positive balance between new and old people.
I think this is not merely a question of the distribution itself, we have to deeply investigate about the real interest survived to the apps explosion and, for the Fedora contributors, the real stimuli for moving forward in the Project.
IMO it's something we must measure before restarting with a greater convinction.
