FAmSCo had the first meeting this term. Main points:
* I continue as the chair for this term, the vice chair is Alejandro
Perez
* the meeting time stays 5pm UTC on Mondays
* we'd like to do some feedback campaign and a census is being prepared
* FAmSCo at Flock
