Greetings all from Milan!
We are about to start our FUDCon Milan [1] and many people are already here :)
As Ambassadors we will propose 3 sessions (at least) for the BarCamp section of FUDCon. 1. Joining Ambassadors (Mentorship, Recruiting, Fine tuning procedures) 2. Ambassadors Day-to-Day (Payments, Requests, Elections, SOPs, Meetings, How we can be more efficient) <- That could be a double session 3. Ambassadors Schedule (What makes sense and what not, fine tuning)
The idea is to have brainstorming sessions about these subject, leveraging the fact that so many Ambassadors meet in person. Solid proposals will be made by the end of the sessions about things that we would like to change. Please provide any feedback about the scope of the sessions here :)
For those of you that want to attend the sessions but could not be here with us I suggest you join #fedora-ambassadors on Freenode IRC to follow live what's happening (We will extremely live-IRC it :) )
Also if you are attending FUDCon *please* make sure to join us in #fedora-fudcon as that will be our main communication channel! (Especially during the flux of today)
Will be posting updates about the date/time of the sessions.
See ya all around!

As some of you know i can not join you in Milan - if it comes to FAmA Activities keep sure to have Robert Scheck around in the session to answer the question that arise from membership/mentoring or ping me on IRC
if it comes to payment processes https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Reimbursements https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Community_credit_card_process please also give me a short ping with schedule and i will try to join over IRC

Hey all!
Great first day of FUDCon today, full of interesting Barcamp Sessions.
Today is the hackfest day and it is time for our Ambassadors Sessions!
Join us 11am in Gamma room (still to be confirmed) till 1pm CET for our first session about Day-to-day Ambassador operations. We will brainstorm about our current methods of doing things, where we have tension points and how we will resolve them.
Then in 3pm CET till 5pm in the same room we will be having our second session about Ambassadors Schedule and Mentoring Procedures.
We will be covering live everything through #fedora-ambassadors IRC channel, so do not forget to join us!
See ya all in 8 hours :)
