As most of you know I am the event owner for IDELO conference scheduled
for the 17th of May 2010. This event being native to my country means a
lot to me and my people, so I have been working very had to make it a
success. However I now have serious concerns over the handling of the
organization and ownership of the event. I have discussed my situation
with a few fellow ambassadors and would like to bring it up in the EMEA
meeting tonight. Unfortunately, due to some unforeseen personal
commitments I will be unable to make it tonight so I would like to
delegate Sascha to discuss this on my behalf. I hope this matter will be
given the attention and merit that it requires, which should help pave
the way for better handling of future events in Africa.
