Is this the new meeting time?
This meeting invite mail format is also need some fix. It starts with
"Dear All" and again there is  "Hello".

Fedocal adds the text with the salutation and the meeting timing. So,
we can change the later part of the email.

Since we have mostly converged on a new meeting time of Thu, 11:30 UTC.
Let's start from next Thu, 10 Aug 2017, 11:30 UTC.

I'll update the reminder with new timing.
