This sounds like a fun idea, but in practice it would likely only
decrease the pool of vendors. No one wants to jump through hoops to
do something they see as giving us a freebie.
Having the lists broken down and manually checked by region, if not a
perfect solution, at least spreads the load in a way that makes
periodic updates easier.x
