APAC Treasurer and Card Holder

Hi,

I was corresponding with Mohd Izhar Firdaus Ismail about the APAC
budget.  He has not answered emails in 2 months.  Has someone else taken
over budget duties for APAC?

He has just been back from a long trip in Japan.
I has done a good job. So I personally don't think we need to change
another person. Just try to get him back on his duties.

You can also ping him on IRC, Telegram, etc.
I will remind him too (just chat with him 3 days ago).

I was going through my spam folder and saw this reply in there… since it 
was in my spam folder, I figured I would reply to bring it up in case it 
also went to other list members' spam folders.
