Fedora 27 Release Party Badge

Hello ambassadors,

We had created two badges for the Fedora 27 Release Parties: one for the
organizers [1] and one for the attendees [2]. In order to award these
badges I need from the event organizers to add their event at the wiki
page [3], add the link of the event report at the wiki page and send me
the FAS usernames of the participants to award the attendees badge to them.
