SELF organization and planning

[Max Spevack]

Do we need to organize a few pre-SELF IRC meetings? I'd like to make
sure we have everything we need, and that our plans for the Fedora room,
and the Red Hat room, are set for Friday of SELF. Perhaps we can get
the RH folks who are handling that side of SELF to come to a meeting as
well.

Thanks,
Max

I think that sounds like an excellent idea. (EVEN IF THERE ARE NO HOT
DOGS.)

I know that we have been bantering around the idea of having a FAD,
perhaps the docs folks, or anyone else who is interested. We have space
available to us that we can use on Friday or Sunday, if people don't
necessarily want to do a FAD during activities (which tends to detract
from things).

Does anyone else have any ideas? When shall we meet?

would these meetings be in addition to the regular ambassador meetings (like
the one tonight)?

I think we could easily use our regular Ambassador meetings to cover
these topics, in fact.

You could do that, and here's an agenda to put it on:
