Is the goal for this event to have a chance for existing Fedora
Contributors to get work done together (mini-Flock/FAD), or is it about
promoting Fedora to new users/potential contributors (ubucon)? While it's
possible to do both, that almost always backfires, and leaves both groups
dissatisfied, so I would suggest we choose one.
+1 Personally, I suggest that we focus this event on gaining new
contributors and users.
