It is our great pleasure to announce the 2011 World Congress on Computer
Science and Information Technology (WCSIT'11) to be held in Cairo,
Egypt, 24 - 27 January 2011. The Congress is organized to invite

I don't know really the steps we should make to be in there, Should we
just apply with paper and wait or contact them directly , It's not
very clear anyway I'll try to alert all of ambassadors from Egypt to
see what we can do about this

    Engineering undergraduate students are invited to demonstrate
    their engineering skill, talent and capability of defending their
    innovated ideas. The participating students could attend all the
    conference activities, free of charge.
    Registration Fees:
        Participation with a paper (US $/person)    500
        Attendance only (US $/person)                    400
    For Egyptian participants, fees will be the same rates but in L.E.
    instead of US $s.


Is this normal ?
also the website indicates that papers must be new scientific papers,
I don't know If we can be there and speak about fedora project
Anyway I'll send them email to query about theses things
