Fabric tablecloths are about $100-$150. We can solve most of your stain problem by
ordering black instead of the old white ones and maybe give it a spray of Scotchgard.

I can get an inventory of the box, but I need to know what you want
me to
include in that. I'm also the shipping point for the West Coast, and there
are things I put in the box (Live DVDs, swag) but they aren't necessarily
the same. (ie Shipping Inventory and Event Box Inventory) I see it as
Dispensable/Promo Inventory vs Permanent/Demo Inventory.
Permanent Inventory is easy. I have two OLPCs and the Pelican Case.
That's
it. Let me know if you need other inventory as well and how accurate it
needs to be (ie do you want me to count all the stickers or just estimate)
Personally I think all event boxes should have a Tablecloth and
Banner in
each box. It sounded like we are in the process of making this happen, and I
would just suggest that we would also get blue (or black) table cloth
(instead of white) in hopes that it'll last a little longer (not show stains
as easily ect).
