FY2014 budget for Chinese Ambassadors

Hi all,

I set up the budget plan page for Chinese ambassadors, and fill it up
according to my knowledge.[1] I hope all Chinese ambassadors can review
and revise it to better reflect the need. Please note the budget should
be ready by January 14.[2]

Hi Buddhike,

FY2014 is correct thing we are planning for.
It lasts from the begin of Mar 2013 until the end of Feb 2014.
(FY2013 is almost ended)
