I have One Question whom to give Estimate of Event and when ,And *reimbursement
is done after event or before event,
I am new so sorry if i ask some stupid questions but its responsibility so i
need more clarification.
what the procedure of all of these ?

Before production of the materials, I'd like you to wait for approval. I
believe I explicitly mentioned all of this on the Fedora Ambassadors list,
which part of it was not comprehensible ?
In Zaid's case, I'd like to read through what he has been doing before
jumping into material production. I have a set of questions for him on the
list and, his response (with the URL) isn't complete.
I am specifically concerned that Zaid has been inactive for the past 2
months (when we released F11) and, I do not see Zaid taking time out to get
up to date with what has changed in order to have a successful event.
Once you do so, you can send scanned copies of the bills to Sankarshan
