I want to ask, if the Fedora community can host a danish community
site for Fedora. Is this possible?

Yes.  The recommended method is to get a appropriate subdomain using the
language code.   <foo>.fedoracommunity.org or register a separate
domain.  In either case, place a request to Fedora Board by posting to

You can obtain a fedoraproject.org subdomain, but need a hosting (not provided 
by Fedora Project).

However, can choose some no cost alternatives. Take a look at:

Yes.  It is surprising cheap in most places.  Shouldn't be a problem.

You can find a no-cost solution, I'm thinking here about a sponsorship: 
maybe an NGO, maybe an university, a company, one of your team who has a 
hosting solution... we (Romanian community) have the hosting donated by 
a local NGO.

I was under the impression there is already at least one Italian
Fedora community site.

I don't think we should be encouraging lots and lots of community
sites in one region, because that simply splits the audience into
smaller and smaller pieces.  The increased risk is that the pieces can
end up not talking to each other, or to the rest of the project.

I guess you are talking about fedoraonline.it.

Since the time we have been talking about them I lost what happened
after, but I can see that there isn't any change in their website and I
didn't hear any contact from them to fedora/ambassador group.
