Actually, I had done this exactly same. My country code in FAS is "VN".

Also, I am curious I do need to uncheck the Privacy checkbox? 
Anyway, I unchecked it. Lets see :)

I click "Log In" to the FAS system and then enter my FAS user name and password.

I click "My Account"

Then next screen, click "(edit)"

On this screen, I choose "Country" for my country -

Soon after (later in day,) my name is in right place on the following url...

Let me clarify one thing.
The script is automated, we run it once in a day and update the page.
You can see the last update time on that page.
So, changes may take a day to reflect.
And yes, if your account is private, you won't be listed.
