Fedora 11 Event in Egypt

Hello Folks,

I'm a new ambassador in Egypt and we are holding an event after releasing
fedora 11 that will include live demo on the installation process and a show
off of the new features on Fedora 11.

The event will be in Mansoura University, and I would like to know how to
get fedora sponsoring this event, things like posters, give aways (dvds,
mugs, stickers, etc.).

Any help?

i was trying to hold an event in Cairo University next september myself...and i was wondering how to get support from fedora folks but i was just waitin till exams are done...but now that u asked..
by the way, there are alot of people here in cairo university waitin for the new release and lookin forward to attending this upcoming event...

so, how can I get funds or materials for this event ??

Welcome aboard ,  are you the same person from cat-hackers.com?
for free media contact the distribution project [1] and please add your
event in fedora events list [2] and give us more information about the
event date, agenda and  expected attendees .
I would like to help and if you need more volunteers  or speakers  i can
coordinate with the rest of  fedora ambassadors in Egypt .

Free-media program is an initiative where fedora collaborators, mainly
ambassadors, donate disk to people who can't download the disk. This
is a voluntary effort and deal in one-to-one basis. Free-media program
does not deal with bulk request for events.
