Elections July/August 2017 to FESCo, Council, FAmSCo - Nomination period is now open

Greetings,

FESCo, Council and FAmSCo elections are now open and we're looking for
new candidates: https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Elections
If you are interested in these roles, please add yourself to the lists
of nominees before 23:59:59 UTC on July 31st, 2017! If you wish to
nominate someone else, please consult with that person ahead of time.
If you know someone who would be a good candidate, now is a great time
to make sure they're thinking about it.

For FESCo we have opened 4 seats:

For Council we have opened 1 seat:

* August 01 - August 07: Campaign period.
* August 08 - August 14: Voting Open
* August 15: Results announcement

Hi Alex,

during the campaign period candidates will be asked to publish answers
to questions in questionnaire as an article in Community Blog. You can
check this article
https://communityblog.fedoraproject.org/2017-january-elections-interviews/
to see how it works. The campaign period starts the next week on
August 01. So, there is no need to send me the answers as candidates
publish it by them self in cooperation with CommOps team who are
helping to review and publish these articles.

As a short update for any candidates who might be working on answering
interview questions, CommOps has an HTML template that will make it easy
for you to answer your questions and have the interview published
quickly on the Community Blog during the campaign period. This will be
sent out towards the end of the nomination period, when the
questionnaire is finalized. :)

For now, if you want to keep any answers in plain text, you can copy
them into the interview format later!
