Happy to see the APAC meeting minutes, thanks all who attended.
last year, I had submitted a PR to reorganize the regional Ambassador
meeting that show up on this page…
…towards the bottom, underneath "Ambassadors". It was correctly noted in
the meeting that in order for logs to show correctly, the same
#meetingname has to be used in every meeting. This will group all of the
same meetings together in Meetbot and help make them easier to find.
We did discuss this in the meeting today. Earlier, the default name set by
zodbot were not placed replaced using the #meetingname command and that
lead to a lot of mess.
When I submitted the PR to Meetbot last year, I was unable to find a
consistent meeting name for APAC. However, now that meetings are
starting again, is there an agreed-on meeting name to be used for future
meetings? If so, I would be more than willing to add a PR so that the
APAC meeting minutes will show up on the page linked above. I just need
to know what the meeting name will be. :)
I think we'll be having the meetingname as 'apac' from now on. jwf++ for
taking it up.
Also, for other helpful tips, feel free to check out this IRC meeting
