[FAmSCo] FAmSCo meeting minutes 2017-08-16

Hi,
we had a very short meeting today, as only me and mailga showed up.
Nevertheless, we discussed some important topics FAmSCo wants to be
mentioned during the next regional meetings too.

1) FAmSCo and FESCo elections (2nd round) are still open till August 21th
at 23:59 UTC. Please vote, or revote, as the first round has been cancelled.
