APAC ambassadors haven't been responsive on the tickets/emails, so the budget approvals aren't coming through.

We are not aware of the budget records of the second quarter and might overspend by approving tickets.
@izhar as APAC treasurer and CC holder, can you give us an update about that? Is there still some budget left? ``
