Can you be a little more specific? What teams? What about FUDCon APAC
2013? I prefer having specific TODOs for the meeting:
* Amount of swag to be produced for FUDCon?
* What items to be produced as swag for FUDCon?
rather than a generic:
* Discuss FUDCon APAC.
We cannot just randomly discuss FUDCon APAC. There have to be specific
decisions to be made that we can discuss and make. What are these
pending decisions that we need to make in this meeting?
Basically, I'd like to better the way our meetings go. In order to
improve our functioning, it is imperative that we make most of these
meetings, which implies having a definite, detailed agenda. I'd
recommend folks attending other regions' meetings (or reading their
logs), such as NA (or FAmSCo, FESCo, and the Board even), to how they go
about their work. Their meetings are planned to the minute, and are
about decisions. This ensures that the meetings remain short, and get
the required work done.
If there's anything you need to discuss and decide, please add it to the
*agenda*. We will *stick* to the items in the agenda. The open floor
should be only used for *minor* discussions. If you did not add your
item to the agenda, it is assumed that it isn't important enough, and
may be skipped if we run short of time.
It would be even better if each item to be discussed is an APAC trac
ticket with the "meeting" keyword.
If you have an event report to discuss, please add the link to the
As of now, the agenda looks empty (I've cleared stagnant items from
previous meetings). Please add your items to the agenda before the
