What is this GUI tool used in anaconda?

Do you mean "GUI toolkit"? Anaconda itself is a GUI and TUI tool.

This is 'newt' in C and then 'snack' (Python) module is used in text
mode.

The GUI uses the Gtk+ toolkit.
