Anaconda DNF wishlist wiki page

During a discussion with Ales Kozumlik a while ago,
the idea appeared that it would be good to write a list
of features Anaconda would like to use from DNF, mainly based on the
(bad) experience with YUM.

Therefore, I made this wiki page:
