Failed to loading mousedev module

Is this code deprecated, or what exactly?  From what I can tell, the 
mouse command
has gone away, right?  So why does this message always appear, or what 
can one
do to fix it?

At the very least, can we fix the syntax on the message?  Should I file 
a bug?
