Description :
Chkconfig is a basic system utility. It updates and queries runlevel
information for system services. Chkconfig manipulates the numerous
symbolic links in /etc/rc.d, to relieve system administrators of some
of the drudgery of manually editing the symbolic links.

Update Information:
This update fixes various bugs in chkconfig related to LSB
init script support.
Note that if you have the glibc update installed, you may
need to run:
rm -f /etc/rc*.d/*nscd
chkconfig --add nscd
to correctly set up nscd (which you can then enable/disable
with chkconfig or ntsysv.)
It also fixes ntsysv, which was broken in the previous update.
