Planned Outage: Mailman stack update - 2017-02-02 09:00 UTC

There will be an outage of the mailing-list service (including its web
UIs) starting at 2017-02-02 09:00 UTC, which will last approximately 1
hour.

Reason for outage:

The Mailman / Postorius / HyperKitty stack will be upgraded to the
latest codebase. The mailing-list service itself should be back up
quickly, but the web interfaces will take longer to upgrade.

Affected Services: the mailing-list system and its web interfaces,
located at lists.fedoraproject.org.
