Planned Outage: system reboots - 2014-07-24 18:00 UTC

There will be an outage starting at 2014-07-24 18:00 UTC, which will
 last approximately 6 hours.

Reason for outage:

We will be moving hardware in our primary datacenter and rebooting
 systems to updated kernels. While the outage may not mean that
 everything is down for 6 hours there will be rolling 'brownouts' as
 services are down and other services are in standby. We will try and
 keep outages of any one service to a minimum.
