Outage: Reboots and storage move - 2013-01-29 22:00 UTC

There will be an outage starting at 2013-01-29 22:00 UTC, which will
 last approximately 2 hours.

Reason for outage:

We will be updating servers and rebooting into new kernels. In
 addition we will be starting a move of backend ISCSI storage. This
 move should continue in the background and not require further outages
 to complete. There may be some degraded performance during this time.
