will let me I will update the wiki page for the current situation at least.
I think it's sufficient to have a fedora as account to use the build
farm and publish a fedorapeople repo.
Ideally as much as possible of the cross patches should be merged into
the main packages imho. It's not a good idea to maintain two independent
GCC packages. But with the move to git it's much less of a concern than
before.
