Hello Andreas
Sorry it took me so long to get back. I have just tested kernel
4.15.0-0.rc0.git7.2.fc28.armv7hl and can confirm that indeed, USB 3
devices are now recognized as is the onboard gigabit ethernet port.
However, the system still requires the "cpuidle.off=1" argument on the
"append" line of the extlinux.conf file to boot.
Regards,
Stewart

Dears,
Although I can confirm a working odroid XU4 system using rawhide, I still see some
issues:
- ethernet is connected to USB 2
- USB 3 devices have a tendency being detected as USB 2 (usually need to unplug/reconnect
several times to have it connect as USB 3)
- there seems to be a kernel bug during boot (check dmesg) which I suspect to be linked to
cpu code
Can anyone check with "lsusb -t" how the ethernet is connected?
As a side note, the latest hardkernel image with kernel 4.14 seems not to have these
issues, so they must have patched a bit differently...
Best regards,
Vince
