That makes a lot of stuff work you can also now get the CPU temp with 

cat /sys/class/thermal/thermal_zone0/temp

Mine is running at 63C with no heatsink

Looking on a intel device it seems the info one just reports the pbias
which is an intel featue:

# cpupower info
analyzing CPU 0:
perf-bias: 6

I don't think the above pbias is an error as such, but a warning, with
"cpupower frequency-info" and "cpupower idle-info" it provided me
appropriate info, I had to "modprobe imx6q-cpufreq" for the freq
details as for some reason it wasn't autoloaded (I'll need to check to
see why when I have some spare cycles).

The tmon utility will also report the actual temperature, mind is
running at 36C but it does have a decent heatsink.
