One other thing I noticed when testing F22 beta3 on Orange Pi (a Banana Pi clone).

I have a PS2 mouse and keyboard connected to a USB-to-PS dongle.

When I booted the image the mouse led was working but the mouse cursor did not move upon movement of the mouse. 

The keyboard connected to the same dongle was working.

When I unplugged the mouse (not the dongle!) and replugged it, it started to work.

This happened with both images I tested (the Soas and LXDE ones iirc).
